The 1st Team had a successful first psychology session with Jon Adler. This has started off the training for 2024 really well, with getting to know and welcome new team members. Talking through what's important in a team, and also participating in some team building exercises. Over the next couple sessions we will be delving into the team dynamics, self doubt (crunch time) in match play, and team support. This is all to help build up to our important South West Match Week in July, and for team members to take onboard anything that will help their personal game and development."
